"We were able to check into one unit early, but had to wait until official checkin time for the other unit wven though it was already clean.The writeup indicated ski in ski out, it was not, although shuttle service was very good. We had a mix up on one pickup, causing us to wait for 45 minutes or so; an unsolictied bottle of wine and choclates were delivered to us for the inconvenience which we much appreciated.The hot tub was not working the first day. It was corrected for the second day and another unsolicited gift was delivered. The host was very thorough with checkin, facilities, ski advice interms of what runs for our diverse levels of ability as well as reccomendatiins for things to do and restaurants in the area.Overall we were very pleased with the property."

"Wonderful house. Even better than the pictures. A ton of room and well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. Great location as the Thunder lift is within walking distance. We had three families and still plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Fine, and almost true to the listing. It would be ski in/ski out ONLY if there were LOTS of snow - but there wasn't - so it was walk in/walk out - about 100 yards. Beats a bus, but ...Also, the unit interior is not a full remodel. Exterior is beautiful, primary bedroom is very new - kitchen area feels a bit dated, downstairs is clearly not recently remodeled. But it was very functional for us (5 people) ...I do think 9 (their limit) would feel crowded."

"Property location is ideal! Kit yen fully stocked. Communication with property manager is great. Shuttle service on demand is spectacular. Proprty is not fully remodeled. For price point, could use some updates in bedrooms and bathrooms. But, considering the demand in the area, the location and convenience, still 5 star."
