We were so impressed by the thoughtful touches at Aulton Stables, including fresh fruit, milk, bread, eggs and chocolates on arrival. "The lodge was absolutely perfect! So well kitted out with everything you could ever need. Home from home in a beautiful location. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. Loads of space for all of us. The hot tub was fab. Sheltered and with some privacy too. Everything was immaculate. Lorraine was so helpful too. "

"Very nice lodge, clean & comfortable. Great location in lovely surroundings. Nice walk to the loch straight from the door. Nice hot shower . Comfortable bed . The only way it would improve is a better sofa & chairs which were not the best to lounge about in but it certainly wouldn't put me off booking again ( just a slight niggle!). Overall a nice week."

"Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding, on arriving the receptionist was polite and very helpful, directed us to our room which was easily found. Our room was beautiful and clean, well maintained. We had a room overlooking the river which was quiet and peaceful with stunning views. Breakfast in the morning of the wedding was amazing, hot and plenty of it. So we didn’t go hungry. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the only down side was the exterior of the building. In need of a little TLC cleaning of the gutters and splash of paint would make such a difference. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Would I stay again. Yes I would"
