"Great location, but overall the hotel was very quiet in the middle of the most hectic holiday season. We only saw one personnel as a staff and she handled everything from reception to breakfast. "We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water. The bed was comfortable and, as we visited in February, it was very warm and cozy. A continental breakfast was provided, which was fresh and filling....
