"Nice house on the island. Important to know to get to the island you will have to take 3 different ferries and the house does not have running water. There is a well right next to the house. "

"A mixed week long business stay at this airport hotel.
The good - great location / proximity to main airport building; lovely breakfast; friendly staff; clean and modern vibe.
The bad - housekeeping was dreadful (cleaning missed 2 days in a row despite me following the instructions); dodgy air conditioning in room not fixed; petty check-in tried to charge me to access my room very slightly early; no telephone in the room to contact housekeeping or reception (involved a lengthy walk to resolve each issue).
Needs to try a bit harder to lift standards."
"Very nice property in the heart of Helsinki. Request a quiet room. The rooms on the Main Street in front of the hotel are very noisy. Front desk was very according moving us to a quieter room"
"Location was perfect, so close to the Metro, trams and buses although it was halfway up a hill. You could get to most places by public transport within 15-30 minutes including walking time.
Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The area is pleasant and relatively quiet and close to a park and supermarkets. The church at the top of the hill was worth a visit.
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean but basic. Nowhere to store your clothes apart from some hooks and hangers. The bathroom was big enough, had a large area to put your toiletries and the shower was nice. You can drink the tap water from the bathroom so no need to buy bottled water.
The wooden bedroom chairs were so uncomfortable that I had to go downstairs to sit in the more comfy chairs in the communal lounge. The bedroom carpet tile were like rubber mats so were not nice to walk on bare feet and looked dirty, even if there weren't. The bed mattress, sheets and pillows were all clean but I found long hairs i the corner underneath the mattress.
Check-in, check-out and luggage storage was so easy that I did not interact with staff during my stay. I liked the communal kitchen facilities, which were kept clean by the staff for the duration of my stay. I left something in one of the fridges overnight and it was still there in the morning for breakfast which is a good sign :-)
The wi-fi was good.
Overall, I liked this hotel and would stay here again if I came back to Helsinki."
"Clean and tidy room with good air conditioning. There are 2 flight of stairs to climb if staying in room located at level 9 as the lift only serves till level 8.There are supermarkets within 500m and the walking distance from train station to hotel is between 400m to 500m where there are 2 flight of stairs to climb if you walk from train platform 1 to 3."
"Everything was good however I did not realise it was not walking distance from the hotel. You have take the train or a taxi which was not ideal at 11.30pm
There was another Clarion I did not know about accessible from within the airport"
"Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was lovely and clean. Shower in the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was busy but plenty of tables and staff to ensure everything was available. Lovely choice of food for breakfast, hot and cold, the bread was still warm, it was thst fresh."
