Wonderful staff, perky vibe, clean modern rooms, great coffee maker . Staff made it wonderful and bar downstairs had good veggie food. So fun

This apartment was absolutely nothing like the images. There were many issues. It wreaked of cigarette smoking and the sinks were clogged and couldn't drain. We had to no pen the windows to air it out and create some semblance of air flow as it was literally 92 degrees Fahrenheit in the apartment. When we did this, other locals living in the apartment complex were constantly walking by and looking in and even closed one of the windows to move their bikes. We later returned from a London excursion to find dozens of flies in the apartment, which likely came from the piles of garbage outside our windows. I'm a.wounded.combat veteran with severe respiratory challenges . We left the apartment at 0100 and moved to a.much better place. This apartment was truly horrendous and notnhiwnwe envisioned finishing our holiday to the UK. When I told the front desk we weren't staying the whole of our reservation, the only response I received was "that's fine." My recommendation is to NOT list this on Expedia as a viable option. It is not.
