Suggest (at least) 'leveling' with lorry-load(s) of gravel. Myself, my wife and adult son stayed 2 nights. This was our 42nd Wedding Anniversary trip and a "Happy Anniversary" banner was up for us in the livingroom. "Great location. Property needs to be updated and have clear internal issues repaired/replaced. The damage deposit asks you to take photos of all damage - this took a long time!! Curtain rail fell on my daughter when pulled - it was clear it had been bodge repaired multiple times. Photos on VRBO are of the property when new - but it is very tired inside now and some monies need spending to bring it up to the level it is being sold at. A real shame as the location is perfect."
