The Gower Hotel

The Gower Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Room was large with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. All very clean. We took our dog and was allowed in most areas. Buffet brealfast was decent. The best thing in our opinion about the hotel is its relatively secluded beachsoee access."

The Imperial Hotel

The Imperial Hotel

8/10 Good
"A beautiful sea view room with a beautiful bathroom all very newly refurbished. We found the fridge very useful too, as we brought our own milk but the supply of tea and coffee a bit mean 2 teabags per day the same with coffee. The lift needs replacing, we found it very rickety. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the money we were charged."

The railway line runs along this section, providing easy access to other coastal towns via the station.Couples looking for a relaxing break will particularly enjoy this area. Waking up to views of the Towy Estuary and Llansteffan Castle across the water is a real treat. You can spend your days strolling along the beach, enjoying the peace and quiet, and perhaps spotting some of the local wildlife. The sunsets over the estuary are quite spectacular.Families with children will also find this area highly suitable. The beach offers ample space for kids to play and explore in a contained environment. The shallow waters at low tide are great for paddling, and there are rock pools to investigate.
