This charming property features 6 bunk beds and 1 king bed, perfect for families or groups of friends accommodate 8 people. Enjoy the awesome amenities big greatroom kitchen combo 24x22, jetted bathtub, and WiFi. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Fenton. Note this is a quiet setting no parties or young groups gatherings no graduation parties ect.. this place is for relaxing and enjoying the sunset views we have five kayaks are available there are local bike trails. We are 420 friendly but no smoking in the house barbecue and fire pit provided peaceful setting.

We made a spontaneous trip to the area for family reasons and George was very kind and accommodating. The place was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the details and the beautiful view. We hope to come back in the future.

An exceptional property with everything you could possibly want in a beautiful neighborhood. George and Kt are the most lovely, most gracious, most welcoming hosts. The property is huge, spotless and meticulously maintained. The outdoor gardens and lakefront are perfect. I wish we had been there for longer. A relaxing, peaceful, renewing experience.
