"We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath."

"We had a great stay at the hotel including the buffet breakfast which was wonderful. Only part that we thought stood out was WiFi which was a limited one, with no option to connect to the TV nor to cast from our mobile devices. Our kid had to make do with whatever TV channels were available.""

"The hotel is very clean and all the staff are helpful and amazing. They are very prompt in responding to requests. On check out, I needed somewhere to keep my luggage as I did a little wander around the town whilst I waited for a lift and they happily kept my luggage in safe storage, The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was good; not crowded. I will give special commendation to Dony and Alicia at reception! ☺️"

"While the hotel staffs where amazing, the facilities did fall very short from my expectations. The bathroom shower felt like a licking tap as it was so slow and lacked pressure like you would normally have in other hotels. The bathroom wasn't clean and room was very dusty atleast where we stayed. I requested for toilet paper and didn't get any till after an hour and half and most time you ring the reception and no body is there to answer. The hotel is definitely not as in the photos and for the spa it almost like you needed to take turns or you will have to wait and we were told to come the next morning on Sunday evening when we tried to use it by around 8pm and the staff said it was closed but didn't give any reasons even though we have earlier been told it closed for the last entry by 9.15pm each night. For me it's a no and never again."
