"Location was excellent in fells point and across the street from family. The hotel was very quiet area and excellent customer service. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast and coffee was a plus I will stay again, again"

Service is slow on a few fronts: we waited over an hour for the airport shuttle before the Comfort Inn driver offered us a ride and waited more than an hour before half of our room service was delivered and then we we told that it would be at least another hour before the (soup) could e delivered."

"Great location with lots to do nearby and awesome view. It is in a very bustling part of town, so the noise level is high, but if you are okay with that, then this is a great place. Lots of historic charm! Not a cookie cutter hotel like you will find in the harbor."

"The hotel was very accommodating. I got the king size bed that I was supposed to have. on Friday night, just before I was about to leave on my trip to the hotel I had been told that my king size bed was no longer available but when I checked in, they made it available to me. I am very pleased with the outcome."
