every day - excellent customer service. Hotel well located for bus stops and train station. Friendly staff. Only criticism is allowing smokers to cluster outside the front door - gives a very bad impression, and floor is strewn with cigarette butts."

"Room was very comfortable, fittings wise but as it was South facing it was hot all the time and there was no aircon or fan.
Breakfast
very good, didn't have evening meals. Bar was very good with an excellent range of spirits. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel had just been taken over by Marco Pierre White and not all rooms (ours included) had been fully refurbished. It will be interesting to see what room prices will be in future as I would definitely return"
