"Wanted to go to Diddly Squat so stay nearby at The Old Crown because it looked the best in the are without being in 'The Wolds' too much. From the outset everyone was helpful friendly and this never changed the whole visit. The room was fresh, clean and comfortable with a great TV and coffee/tea supplied. "What a wonderful place to eat and stay! 5 star service from the staff, 5 star food quality and the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was beautiful every morning with so much choice. This was a break after finishing cancer treatment for me, I wanted a relaxing break and one of the party was gluten free. We were treated like family, one of the party even stayed an extra night! We had a wonderful stay and we will be returning as soon as we can. Thank you, we loved our stay with you. "
