Special thanks to Newen that gives us a room so our daughter can stay with us for one day during our stay. Hotel room view was very good and indications on how to visit surrounded areas were outstanding. "Ideal for exploring Milan and perfect for rest. I live in the neighbourhood and booked the room because my AC broke and the service here in hot season is never immediate. In my apt everything is designed for perfect sleep, mattress, pillows, Daikin Pro AC plus ventilation that cools the room and doesn't blow in my face, double windows. I travel a lot and suffer often in the hotels. So UNA Verticale is a rare blessing. I slept like home with really many thanks. Also, the check in was fast and as I asked for a quiet room they found immediately. Very appreciated as I was rather exhausted. And excellent breakfast"

"I was pleased with this property from the initial engagement during check-in. The process was organized and efficient with staff being responsive to our requests. Additionally, the staff provided complimentary champagne in observance of my wedding anniversary. The lounge was an excellent place for dining and Aperitivo time. My husband and I patronized the lounge several times and were able to become acquainted with the servers. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage - it is steps away from Duomo, the shopping mall, and several restaurants. I have stayed in multiple European hotels and the Rosa Grand Milano is top tier!"
