They told us this was a new problem and that it would be fixed in a day or two, but other guest told us it had been going on for weeks. It was impossible to sleep as it was 30-32 degrees in our room; with the window open we were swarmed by mosquitos. Finally after begging for three days they brought us a small fan which helped out slightly. By the third out of four nights, I had to move hotels, with no recompense from Numa. In fact, they charged me for all four nights! Other guests were having the same problem.
