"What a beautiful little find, we were met at the property by the lovely owner, a couple of very cute little dogs and a beautiful cat called Elvis and later some chickens and two very sweet little goats roaming free. The pod/cabin/accommodation is nestled in the side of a hill with stunning views, and even though there was a storm one night it was calm and quiet in the pod. "We had a lovely stay in Blue Anchor, the cottage was so warm and cozy, beautiful views and a much needed welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. Lisa the host was amazing and we would definitely come back. It was our dog Rocky's first time on the beach and he loved it. Its a very dog friendly place and everyone we met was so friendly. "An amazing location and super apartment. Hosts very helpful and welcoming, and when Cafe open below very 'hands on'! Thoroughly recommend both Apartment and Cafe. One suggestion, a little more guidance on rubbish and recycling would be helpful, we should have asked but didn’t and only realised that there was a bin for recycling on final day, the marking on bin was towards the wall and we missed it."

"We have stayed at the cottage several times and we love it! The cottage is immaculate. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a towel in the porch for muddy dog paws. The weather was mixed but we managed to go walking every day. Walked up to North Hill and saw some lovely Exmoor ponies and our dog loved playing on Dunster beach. We will definitely be back."
