"Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. Keep up the good work guys, it can be hard sometimes but just keep those big grins on your faces. We'd definitely stay again just purely for the staff friendlyness towards our whole family!"

"Blanco' exceeded expectations. Large comfortable room, immaculate with helpful, cheerful, polite staff. Hot chocolate and biscuits in room a nice touch and excellent variety at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cereals and hot buffet. Good position for walking into town."

"This was a very comfortable and warm stay for us, over the Christmas holiday. The house is spacious, with quite fun sleeping arrangements, including a loft mezzanine, and inbuilt bunks for the kids. The photos are very accurate to how we found it, and we particularly loved the spectacular living room and traditional dining room, for family time together. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed, it is on the older side, but like with the rest of the house we appreciated the charm of it! We couldn't fit our estate car into the roadside parking space left by the neighbours, but it really was only a 1-2 minute walk down steps to the village car park. We loaded and unloaded by parking outside a neighbouring house. Delicious welcome supplies as mentioned by others. Thanks Georgina!"

"We stayed one evening at the home, my daughter, husband and I. The house was not in a great shape from the outside. Large amounts of chipping paint and nesting birds causing a badly muck stained window (nothing like in the advertising picture). Once inside, the house is in better shape and overall cleanliness inside was good, there is some nice decor too. However, outside the patio chairs and tables are in need of cleaning or changing and there were two large bags of rubbish. I did complain about the issues to management and they apologised for the paint stating they had a problem with the mortar, they also suggested the rubbish was recycling that is only moved once a week. But smelling other peoples rubbish in open over flowing bags is not acceptable. There is a more hygienic way to recycle waste. We couldn’t use the outside area at all. And with all the rain we had the bags were leaking. As for the area, the house is on an estate, with no dining close by, the next major town has food places to choose from. There is a great bike path just across the road that runs along a beautiful river. For those wanting a base for cycling I can see this place being a good idea. I just wish it had been given a more detailed look over as regards to rubbish before we arrived. Maybe if we had stayed longer the problem could have been sorted."
