Ok for business but not very family friendly.
Rooms have coffee making machines and not kettles so if travelling with a baby it is difficult to get boiling water. In general their facilities for children are limited - only one highchair in the restaurant which was being used when we chose to dine! Service in restaurant for dinner was very slow with minimal staff and a menu with limited healthy options. Breakfast staff very attentive and helpful. A good hotel with secure parking and within walking distance to the cathedral but sadly let down by its restaurant.

Good for a one night stay
Receptionist was very cheerful and helpful. Parking was easy and restaurant was okay for dinner. For one night the hotel was fine but lacked any atmosphere or character. A few minor maintenance things needed and getting the Aircon setting right was a challenge

Enjoyed the one night stay. Nice modern hotel with good car parking. Big comfortable bed with plenty of hot water from the shower only down side was no kettle although there was a coffee making machine.

The hotel has undergone refurbishment since our last stay in 2020, and represents good value. Also the standard of cuisine has improved.

Modern hotel with great fittings. Food was excellent. The room was very quiet and the bed/linen exceptional. Would have given a perfect score was it not for the fact that I was charged incorrectly for the room which was pre-paid. This was easily sorted.

Initially placed in a room that hadn't been cleaned, but quickly moved to another. The place is fairly standard, not sure why it rates as four stars. Breakfast buffet was nice, but you pay for it. Fifteen-minute walk to the center of town. Overall not bad, just not great.

Nice modern and clean hotel. About 15 minutes walk to town centre and across road from hypermarket which is handy. Breakfast is quite expensive in the hotel so got food here instead.

Excellent hotel, well situated close to the town and within walking distance to the cathedral. Comfy bed, very clean, complimentary drinks in the fridge much appreciated. Will definitely stay again on our route through France.

The hotel was clean and we could open the window for some fresh air. In these “new” times perhaps a list of takeaway restaurants to order from and extra soap could have been provided in our room. We were encouraged to just UberEats.

Nice staff and easy check in. Rooms are a nice size and beds comfortable. Shower good pressure. No frills but fine for 1-2 nights. Across the street from a large market and mall. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay

Centrally placed, easy access to city centre & its amenities. Modern, clean, comfortable and with excellent parking facilities. Staff are first class especially Gerard, the maître d in the restaurant. Food is really good with good range of dishes, local specialities and international classics. We are always welcomed as if we are old friends.

Truly excellent. We arrived late because of traffic. The underground garage parking easy. Excellent dinner with exceptional waiter service. Best hotel and value for money on this trip

We stated that the safe in the room was inoperative, we were told that there was no one to help We asked for drink at the bar at 4.30pm again no one available to supply When we arrived back later at about 9.30pm it was obvious that there was a minimum of staff on duty, a restaurant manager with one waitress and a receptionist The manager had to keep leaving the restaurant to serve us at the bar which meant lengthy waits for service? Not what I would expect on a Saturday night at a 4 star hotel and at €145 per night, inferior to the hotel Normandie in Evreux at €54 ( unfortunately booked) Will not be returning!

High recommendations!
Very nice hotel! Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The train station was not far and easy to find from the hotel for an hour ride into Paris. I would certainly stay here again !!
