The welcome package/basket was a nice surprise and might be an idea to say about this as not everywhere you stay include these, it’s a very helpful start to your break. "Reception Staff were great, very pleasant, restaurant staff not so great, we waiting 15 mins to be seated for breakfast, breakfast was awful, Bacon not cooked, no eggs, Ants crawling on the bar where the pastries, cereals and juices were. The carpets on the corridors were absolutely filthy they were clearly having renovations carried out at the hotel which we were unaware off at the time of booking. We booked a superior room has we required a fridge only to find no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries ( all had clearly been watered down). The mattress was hard and during the night doors were been slammed so not a great night. Would not recommend and will not be going back."
