I had a great experience here. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the staff was amazing—they went above and beyond to help me out after I forgot my earphones at the hotel. Fully satisfied and highly recommended!

I booked the hotel based on the central location. Everything was walkable
From the hotel, or it was a close walk to the subway. The selling point for this hotel is the staff. From the time we got there to hotel check out, the staff paid attention to our needs and was very proactive about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We got there early and the hotel saw how exhausted and tired we were and they made accommodations to get a room ready so we could rest. They also took all of our luggage and stored it for us in a secure area. There was a dayshift male manager that was working alone. He paid attention to everything and went out of his way to walk us to recommended eateries and stores. This hotel is a boutique hotel with minimal staffing and amenities but the staff they have here made the stay memorable.

Room was small but very clean, linens were good quality for a cheaper hotel. Desk staff is helpful, breakfast is basic but good if you need it. The best thing about this hotel is that it is quiet and clean while being reasonably priced in an unbeatable location. We spent 4 days/5 nights in Seoul and felt like this was the best and most central location we could have asked for in a room. Would recommend to anyone who is fine with basic amenities and is prioritizing location!
