He had a cranky and arrogant attitude which got me astonished!! Later one of the staffs provided us with adequate equipments but we wished the previous staff could have checked before saying he could never provide. Also the check in out staff didn’t know what was going on. Which took us longer than we should spend at those moments. Room service and house keeping was slow.. and wasnt accurate with their service. Breakfast menu should be updated once in a while.
