It was convenient to restaurants, gas, etc. The staff were polite. Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room needs better dusting. Bed sheet had stains. Halls need to be vacuumed.

Excellent place to stay. Have stayed twice now, and will stay in the future. Close enough to all areas on Tn. Great rates, very clean, very friendly

Receptionist had difficulty getting the WIFI to work so check in a long process. He finally copied my drivers license , had me sign the copy and submit my license plate #. I do not believe he was able to access the site for check in at all. He was most apologetic and frustrated so think the hotel needs to address this , or perhaps it is the area. It was not a quick, efficient check in.
