"It is a unique bed and breakfast. They had coffee easily available for you in the kitchen and even on the second floor. The breakfast room opened at 7:30, and was busy from the get go. There was an egg casserole of some kind every day and some kind of homemade baked good. Plus yogurts, waffles, cereal. We stayed at the main property."
"This was such a great place to land when we flew into Fairbanks. It’s a beautiful spot with the perfect amount of kitch. Dinner on the deck of the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was great."
"While the exterior of the buildings may not be as gleaming as some lodges, the room we had was great, very well maintained and if you're looking for a "country farm" style decor this would be a place to stay."
"Very nice lodge! Water pressure and hot water not very good. Breakfast buffet very good, but $26 per person. Suggest eating light in the coffee shop inside the gift shop. Terrific coffees and breakfast sandwiches and pastries will save some money. Good shuttle to downtown, $10 per person day pass. Staff was very nice. Take a walk in the gardens along the river...beautiful."
"My wife and I love this place, highly recommend. We live about 4 hours away and regularly come to Fairbanks for supplies and appointments, very happy with the accommodations and the staff is great."
