This exclusive first-line beach penthouse in Estepona is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony where you can admire the sea views. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a heated pool (open all year round), a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use.

Pros: Todos los años pasamos unos dias en la zona de Marbella, fueron unos amigos ingleses quienes nos recomendaron Mar Azul y acertamos de pleno. Unas instalaciones inmejorables, la piscina fantastica, los jardines preciosos, acceso directo a la playa, con el paseo y la zona muy cuidada y muy tranquila. Podias ir dando un corto paseo hasta un centro comercial con oferta de restaurantes y tiendas. El chiringuito de la piscina, genial, buen servicio y variedad de mojitos, batidos. La verdad, un sitio y un apartamento, ideal para disfrutar y relajarse. El apartamento que tuvimos tenia unas vistas espectaculares, limpio y bien cuidado.
