"This property was totally unfit for purpose. Raw sewage coming into showers and toilets on to floor. Electricity supply did not allow us to cook. Every time we used the oven or hob to cook and evening meal the electrics fused. One night it took over five hours to roast a chicken. If we put the air con on at night the house would fuse and the freezer defrosted. Wasted a lot of money on food that we couldn’t eat because fridge went off.
