Sorry l ever booked in here......nightmare. Unfriendly reception staff,no one around on arrival for guests

#### Nice resort- bad accommodation

We rented a 1st floor Studio apartment for 12days ending 9th Nov 16\. Although clean, the condition was poor. Furniture needs replacing. The exterior doors on the first floor need replacing. One did not lock and the balcony doors were ill fitting and not secure. The kitchenette was adequate but did miss a toaster !

ENCANTADOR APARTAMENTO. LOS INCONVENIENTES FUERON QUE LA LUZ DE LA ESCALERA NO FUNCIONABA ASI COMO LA CAMPAÑA EXTRACTORA. LOS COLCHONES MUY MEJORABLES...SE CLAVAN LOS MUELLES... LO MEJOR...LA TERRAZA Y EL BUEN ESTADO DEL RESTO DE MUEBLES
