Set within the secure gated complex of Las Terrazas de Costalita, benefiting from a private parking space in the underground garage that also has lift access (no struggling with heavy suitcases!). To allow you to enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine, the apartment has 3 large private terraces allowing all day sun and shade - a large front terrace accessed from the lounge or master bedroom (sun from first thing in the morning & overlooking the pool) and 2 large rear terraces, accessed from the kitchen (sun until late). A 6 person Hot Tub and outdoor shower are provided on the lower rear terrace. We have outdoor sofas on the upper rear terrace with 'rise and fall' table, plus two outdoor lounge chairs and coffee table on the front terrace. Also, two storage cupboards on upper rear terrace for cushion storage (in one cupboard) and beach chairs, beach umbrella and some water floats in the other. There are 6 sun-beds in total (4 at the rear & 2 on the front terrace), umbrellas on front and rear terraces along with two 6 seater (extendable) dining tables and chairs on the front and rear terraces. Set within beautifully maintained tropical gardens, with various pools, including shallow children's pools. \*\* Please note the pools are unheated and are fully open between June and September when a lifeguard is on duty. Owners know that you can swim outwith these months and do, but you do so at your own risk.\*\* The community's private poolside bar (chiringuito) opens during the months of July and August. There is table tennis bats & balls and tennis rackets (the Villa Padierna Tennis Club is across the road) provided within the apartment. Courts can be booked direct with the Tennis Club. There are also 3 sets of golf clubs available free of charge to our guests. The lovely sandy beach and promenade are just 100 metres walk from the apartment, accessed through a private path and security coded gate, there are water taps/sprays to clean the sand from your toes along the private path! There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and a new large SmartTV in the lounge giving a huge choice of channels in a variety of languages (incl. most UK channels) Also set up for YouTube, web browsing, etc. A bluetooth keyboard is provided for use with the TV. We have fast fibre wifi installed and a high quality Bose bluetooth speaker for music. The modern kitchen also provides fresh filtered water (so no need to buy bottled water), Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed and each twin room has two single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes giving ample storage (Ironing board and iron are stored in wardrobe of the ensuite twin bedroom). There are 3 hairdryers and 3 sets of hair straighteners in the bathrooms for your use. Bath & hand towels are provided, plus pool towels, so no need to bring your own. There is a good size safe for guests use. A printer is located in the hall console table for your use too. Las Terrazas de Costalita is conveniently situated close to Cancelada with it's variety of restaurants and amenities. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are also very close by and there is a huge Carrefour at Estepona. There are various local restaurants within easy reach, including Pepe's Beach Bar and La Antigua a short stroll along the beachfront. The apartment is approx half way between Estepona and Puerto Banus, with Marbella just 5 mins further along from Puerto Banus. You have lots of choice for shopping, eating and sporting activities. Selwo Aventura animal park is about 10 minutes by car for a great day out with the children. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of numerous outstanding golf courses within a short drive of the apartment and the Villa Padierna tennis and racket club is within easy walking distance. Local buses to Estepona, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga operate from the main road just 5 minutes from the apartment. Local taxi services are very good and can be ordered by phone in multiple languages. Private airport transfers can be requested (at additional cost). You can also take a bus direct from the airport to Marbella or Estepona bus stations and then take a taxi to Costalita. Trains also run from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola. Debbie is a wonderful host and was available to answer any query. The terraces at front and two levels at back were spacious and had loungers, tables and chairs on each. It was the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. It also had a hot tub which was an added bonus as we were a minute from the beach and a few steps from the pools. There are various restaurants, new hotels and shops nearby to explore and the apartment is a short drive from estepona town, puerto banus and Marbella. Debbie is very helpful and easy to contact if there are any issues. Thankfully, there weren't any. Also thanks to Esme who was very prompt on our arrival, departure and assistance in showing us around. There are shops and restaurants within a short stroll. The beach is around 500 yards walk and the newly installed boardwalk stretching for miles is great for walking as far or as little as you like. All in all, excellent. ##### Ian B. Highlights included the clean, well-maintained environment and confortable beds and quality linens. We appreciated the thoughtful basics stocked in the fridge, like milk, eggs, bread, and butter. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The condo complex is pleasant and secure, with an elevator and underground parking. The beach is just a short walk away and very beautiful. A couple of minor downsides: the BBQ wasn’t ready to use, and the hot tub was not heated and needed more water. We had to fill it ourselves and add some products to improve the water quality to fully enjoy it. However, our host Debbie was incredibly responsive and compensated us for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. In October, keep in mind that the condo pool is closed, and many beachside restaurants are also closed, which makes for a very calm and quiet atmosphere. ##### Kim S. We had the great fortune of a 10 week stay at this property. The apartment was clean, modern and contained all the necessary items for a long term stay. The patios were very spacious and well furnished making it easy to relax in the sun/shade or enjoy a meal with our family and friends. The building itself is well maintained and felt very secure. The location was terrific with access to the wonderful seaside walkway and the many restaurants/bars adjacent to it. The main highway was close and we enjoyed many visits to the nearby towns ( Ronda, Marbella, Estepona to name a few) .There are also numerous restaurants a short walk into Cancelada. The owners Debbie and Gordon were excellent to deal with. They responded promptly to all of our inquiries and provided fantastic information regarding the various golf courses in the area as well as providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The extras they provided upon our arrival were truly appreciated . The local contact Esme met us promptly upon arrival was also wonderful to deal with answering our many questions about the area and Spain in general. Pride of ownership in this property is evident and there is no doubt the owners are committed to ensuring their guests have a terrific stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday in the Costa del Sol. ##### Debra B. The check in process with the owners and housekeeper is extremely smooth. The apartment has everything a family needs to make a great holiday. The terraces are a great size and perfect for relaxing either in the shade or sunbathing, whatever the time of day. The pool and bar and the gardens surrounding the pool are immaculate. The apartment and it's facilities are all in excellent condition with lots of nice touches. Everything is as good as the pictures portray. Located within a couple of minutes of the beach (via a direct gate) with a close by restaurant and beach bar. Walking distance over a bridge to Cancelada for some great restaurants. The apartment was really spacious and the 3 patios were absolutely wonderful. Having a lifeguard on duty was really great as we could relax knowing our kids were safe in the pool. The lift down to the underground car park was a real help especially as we had a buggy. At night the complex is so quite which was ideal for us. Beautifully decorated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing outside spaces with hot tub for 6\. Stayed with our family of 4 children aged 17 to 24\. Opposite the Villa palmero tennis club where we played Padel tennis, walk to the beach with walkable bars and restaurants, good for golf and used the 4 sets of clubs at aoartment. Walk over the road to more reasonably priced restaurants in Cancelada. Esme saw us into property and Debbie the owner was always available to answer questions and give advice on best restaurants and beaches/places to visit. Complex very well looked after and pools and gardens always clean. A really relaxing break on the Costa del Sol. Would highly recommend this property. ##### Ruth W. What a wonderful 10 nights we’ve had in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is of a very high standard, very spacious, both indoor and outdoor (family of 4 adults stayed) and there is everything you would need during your stay, plenty of towels (including beach towels), hair straightener’s, hot-tub, terrestrial TV channels, outdoor furniture and a car parking space which really made it feel a home away from home. Debbie, the property manager provided us with clear instructions prior to our stay and remained in touch during our stay, providing us with useful information, including restaurants etc. Esme was also there to welcome us with a few ‘fridge fillers’ such as water, milk etc. which was really nice following a long journey. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of lovely traditional bars and restaurants in Cancelada and is a short drive to Estepona (15 mins) or Marbella (25 mins) if you want to go further afield. There is also a tennis centre next door, which was great having a tennis coach in our party. The apartment had tennis balls and rackets too, so we didn’t have to hire them. 2 sets of golf clubs are also available to use should you wish to do so. The communal pool is also stunning, set within beautiful well kept grounds with plenty of space to sun bathe and a Chiringuito (open July and Aug). The long stretch of beach is also just a short stroll from the apartment where a handful of Chiringuito‘s will keep you fed and/or watered. If we’re a ‘four-piece’ again any time soon, we’ll definitely be getting back in touch with Debbie. We’re all really going to miss the apartment. ##### Dave B.
