"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location next to the train station was fantastic. The accommodations (room, breakfast) were excellent. However, the highlight of our visit was the delightful conversations we had at the bar with Anna and Guido. They are both incredibly talented mixologists, and their drinks were simply delicious! We hope Anna and Guido receive the recognition they deserve for their exceptional work. They are both incredibly kind and beautiful people, and we will be sharing our experience with friends as well as online so others have an opportunity to enjoy a similar experience. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Cheers!"

"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."

"This hotel is delightfully quirky. Rooms are interesting and well equipped. Biggest shower I had in Switzerland, great location between the clock tower and train station. There is a huge lounge with multiple living rooms and a full kitchen and fridge for guests. And free coffee drinks. I recommend for short and longer stays."

From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."
