La Rosa sul Mare è un appartamento situato a Erice Casa Santa, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera e dai lidi attrezzati del lungomare di Trapani. L'appartamento si trova al 4' piano di un palazzo di 6 piani. Nel corso dell'anno 2025 sono stati avviati dei lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata esterna che presenta pertanto, temporaneamente, dei distacchi di intonaco. Tuttavia internamente l'abitazione è completamente ristrutturata.
L'appartamento è interamente coperto dalla connessione WiFi gratuita. La struttura offre inoltre servizi di check-in e check-out privati, un ascensore e un parcheggio gratuito, per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno senza pensieri.

Un appartamento voluto fortemente dalla nostra mamma Rita per trascorrere le vacanze familiari, oggi si trasforma nella tua casa a pochi passi dal mare in cui desideriamo far trascorrere anche ai nostri ospiti piacevoli momenti di relax a due passi dal mare, godendo dei colori e dei sapori di questa meravigliosa isola.
Saremo presenti in loco e con piacere vi forniremo tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno per trascorrere al meglio la vostra vacanza.

La spiaggia libera così come i lidi si trovano a 5 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento e nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti un supermercato aperto fino alle 22:00, un panificio/tavola calda ed una farmacia.
