"The room I was put on was not the one shown in the pictures… I had 4 single beds and my reservation was for a double bed and two singles. I had to ask the staff 4 times to get the beds fixed which I was not impressed. Breakfast was very basic, no staff to top things up, the coffee and juice machines were not good… juice was horrible tbh and the two pancake machines which were meant to be the best part of it were not working"

"Terrific location adjacent to Kensington Park and a short walk to the Palace. Room had a sitting area that felt roomy for two travelers. Staff were very helpful & courteous. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but the coffee station available every morning was much appreciated!"

"Our first time staying here and will definitely do so again. It is perfectly situated for coming in and out of Victoria, getting the bus or tube. As we arrived early we were able to leave our bags and go off sightseeing. And we could leave them the next day until we caught the train in the evening. This service is a huge help. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. And VERY quiet. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and all kept topped up and fresh. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel."

"Hotel restaurant was good . Valet parking was understaffed. The room facing the city was loud, and you could hear all the traffic from the street. Very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again."

"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."
