Very clean and peaceful place with helpful staff

Have been to many hotels in five continents but all I can say this hotel is just great with excellent staff and fantastic facilities. Highly recommended

I'm in Tunisia every year and this hotel is the best. Amazing food. The hotel staff from cleaning ,bar, waiters, life Guards,to management were both friendly and professional and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

The property was safe, clean, and in good shape. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns.

Lovely hotel, having visited the area many times I decided to try a different hotel this time. Due to the time of year it was quiet, which i liked. I was very impressed overall with the hotel. The room was bright modern and spacious. The food was of a high standard, staff lovely and location great. I would return

Food

A wonderful and tastefully presented hotel. Super-friendly and helpful staff. One of the best beaches in the area. Excellent food (Tunisian and international) and a superb selection of delicious Tunisian wines.

For Tunisia, Sousse, this is as good as it gets. Lovely hotel, nice varied food and great staff; especially Jamal and Karim (at the main bar) and Moncif (in the buffet restaurant) and the animator Amine (absolutely fantastic staff!). Rooms are lovely and clean, however depending on the time of year (I've stayed a few times) you get a lot of pensioners, so the hotel is quite dead in the winter months, but you'd get that everywhere in Sousse. Overall it's the best hotel in Sousse, better than...

Beautiful spacious hotel, clean, great staff service, amazing buffet. Room with sea view was to die for, I spent hours just looking at the pool and sea. Private walk towards a private beach, very well serviced and clean. Great helpful staff and property is minutes away from the new modern Medina Hammamet. Walking along the beach promenade is easy and nearby and old Hammamet medina is a few minutes drive very well connected by taxis. Highly recommend it.

Excellent service. very clean. Relaxing areas to sit. Lovely food. Recommended

Really calm atmosphere, the buffet food was a good surprise as it was always fresh with a lot of choice and many healthy options. The staff were amazing, really polite and friendly, you could tell they cared about the hotel and it's success. The grounds are immaculate, and the hotel is really clean with lovely toilets!

I was on holiday with my grown up daughter. This was our 5th stay at the hotel, and almost as soon as I walked through the front door, I remembered why I keep going back. Our apartment was amazing, we had a large Lou Gehrig with kitchenette off & a bathroom downstairs, upstairs we had 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) & a further bathroom, so more than enough space. We also had 2 balconies (one upstairs, and one downstairs). The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming as always, food was excellent &...

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location...
