The main issue was the room. It felt neglected and not well maintained, which affected overall comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved. Staff interactions were limited, but when needed, support felt minimal and not very proactive. It was mostly the condition of the room and the lack of attentive follow-up that made the stay less than ideal.

La moquette de la chambre était sale. Le buffet laisse a désirer. Les restes sont servis au repas suivant, les jus sont chimiques (poudre ouverte dans de l'eau) et la nourriture n'était pas très bonne. J'ai demandé un fer à repasser le 1er jour qui n'est jamais arrivé. Je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel a obtenu ses 4 étoiles.

Correct pour 2 nuits.

Hotel de moyenne gamme, ne merite pas 4 étoiles, a peine deux. Hotel moyen, peux convenir pour y passer une iu deux nuits. Au delà, vous gacherez vôtre séjours. Le plus de cet Hotel et son emplacement, proche de la marina et de bin restaurants. Le moins, pas d'accès direct à la plage, elle se trouve a environ 400 metres.

Malgré le nombre d'avis négatifs, nous avons été agréablement surpris. L'hotel est magnifique et les prestations sont dignes d'un 4 étoiles local. Il est bien situé, non loin de la médina et à environ 400 m de la plage, moins de 10 minutes à pied. La plage est malheureusement semi-aménagée ( parasols mais pas de transats) Les chambres situées près de la piscines (suites avec terrasses) sont spacieuses, climatisées et très propres. Le ménage est affectué tous les jours par une femme de ménage très professionnel. Les repas sont copieux et variés ( demi -pension) et le personnel de service restauration très agréable, une mention spéciale pour HAMZA qui a su prendre soin de nous. Merci! Seul petit bémol : la musique un peu trop forte. Heureusement que les chambres sont bien isolées. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
