"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Chott Meriem, the highlight was our unforgettable trip to the formidable Sousse Fort and Masjid. Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper Fatiha, who was always ready to help with anything we needed. The view from the apartment is mesmerising, especially the sunrise over tge sea! "Good location of the hotel and central to all that Hammamet has to offer. About 35 mins from Enfida airport. Other than shops, a theme/water park and a boat harbour, there isn't really much else to see. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel and is fairly clean and stretches for miles, with all other 5 class hotels situated on the beach strip. The hotel, although 5 class, is really 4 star at best, and in need of serious modernisation. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of an All Inclusive is satisfactory offering international and local cuisine. The cuisine is fairly extensive however lacks every day variety and quality and is perhaps not in keeping with a 5 star but rather a 4 star hotel. There are also 3 a la karte restaurants (Tunisian, Mediterranean and Italian) that can be booked 24 hours in advance on the All Inclusive but cuisine was average. Pool facilities offer the usual entertainment and again adequate but found the music poolside to be rather loud. Adequate sun loungers. Rooms are clean but basic. Plants on the balconies are not well maintained. Gym is basic, dusty, but functional. Overall a 3.75 out of 5 is a fair rating from me."

"The most amazing stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. A shout out to Pica and Tito from the animation team and Dali one of the lifeguards. The entertainment was great, the food was delicious, drink service fast and the room was clean and spacious. Thank you for a delightful holiday!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening . A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea. The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious. We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard . We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again ! Thankyou Palm Marina for an amzing holiday !"
