"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very convenient to the exhibition centre. Carpark directions and space shapes are certainly... creative. But plenty of space as long you don't follow the arrows that point to nowhere."

"Our 2 day stay at the hotel was good .was very clean and staff very nice . We didn't eat there so can't comment on food it's in a great location everything within walking distance . The only downside was having to pay £36 for 2 nights parking within the hotel grounds A paying customer shouldn't be billed for this and I only found out about this the day before we arrived ."

"The old swan is central for the pump room,valley park and near to Betty's tearoom and the shops. Breakfast was excellent. Pity the lift was temporarily broken,had to use stairs."

"Lovely Stay, this time we got a room in the Annex & it was very quiet & a lovely, exceptionally clean room. Breakfast on this visit was a little disappointing. Replenishment was very slow, several people waiting fir long periods for food to come out. My breakfast was cold due to waiting eggs, bread came & was white only & frozen. Improvements & attention is needed here as clearly several guests were getting frustrated. Everything otherwise was 100% perfect. We’ll be back again"
