When I first arrived, I paused while I figured out where my room was and a member of staff instantly noticed and showed me the right way. Room was very nice, had everything I needed such as an iron and separate shampoo and conditioner. Exceptionally good value for money, definitely recommend!"

"Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Very very helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Just a 15 minute walk from the train station. A 10 minute walk to the Barbican theatre if you’re planning on a show. The location is clean and quiet with lots of places to eat and drink nearby"

"A bit of a maze to find rooms, including going outside to use external steps to some rooms. Clean room and helpful staff. The furniture in Reception was a little worse for wear and some of the paintwork could do with a touch up. The welcome cookie was excellent."
