"Pros: all the white goods were working Cons: no information on arrival and the keys to get in where not there. spent a long time searching and phoning ,in the rain!!! all the cushions to outside area soaking and spent 3days drying out. it needs a welcome pack of information, saying that we enjoyed the apartment. we did not use the swimming pool . the weather was always a bit cloudy unluckily."

We did not use the jacuzzi since it was a bit too cold in the winter time, but I bet it would be great during a warmer part of the year. "This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "
