"Check in was quick and the room clean. It was my birthday while I was there and they put a bottle of wine in our room. We were staying in room 104 and opposite there was a door which said no entry. This was constantly open and the smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting and lingered along the corridor of the first floor. It was very unpleasant to open the hotel door and be hit with the smell of smoke. Breakfast was always busy and it was a struggle to find a seat- there was always a large section closed off and it was rare to see staff before 9am in dining area. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t rush to stay again. "

"The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our check-in was extremely efficient. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was also spotlessly clean. My wife was impressed with the Rituals range of personal care products in the bathroom. Overall an excellent place to stay."

"Power in bedroom cut out, spent an hour trying to get it back on, female receptionist was not helpful just said she'd tell the cleaner, appeared to find it amusing, this spoilt the overall stay. Poor customer service. Property in need of TLC but the breakfast was good, plenty of options. Close to strip."

"A good view of the sea. Nice staff. Clean room. Had to ask reception for extra pillows 3 times, i requested extra pillows when i booked room. Uncomfortable bed, Uncomfortable pillows. No direct view of tv from the bed. "

"Everything about our stay was excellent. Weather was a little iffy so never tried the pool but the facilities looked great. Good location too"

"Have to say ALL the staff were polite, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble Room was clean and good size, needs more coat hangers. Furniture & decor tired and scratched. Bathroom was also clean but decor needs attention, wallpaper coming away from walls. Tap was very hard to change from bath to shower. Had to request second bath towel. Balcony floor needs tiling just rough concrete on floor. Had dinner on first night none of it looked very appetising and it was ALL cold. Cooked Breakfast also all cold and fried eggs all undercooked (snotty eggs). Ate dinner out next day and had cheese & meat breakfast next day. "
