"Based on the photos online, we were excited about the trip. The view was great but considering we paid nearly £300 for 2 nights, the experience wasn’t so good. Room was tired, bathroom appeared dirty. The pool area wasn’t open. We couldn’t get drinks or access the terrace until 5pm. Breakfast was reasonable to good but on a whole, it’s wasn’t the stay that was portrayed in hotel pictures by a long shot. Staff basically couldn’t give a toss."

"El hotel esta bien ubicado, las instalaciones están muy bien, inclusive tienen música en vivo o hasta un show de baile vimos un día. Lo único malo es que están haciendo una construcción en una calle muy cercana y recibimos el ruido, pero aparte de eso el staff fue casi en su mayoría atento y las habitaciones cómodas.y El área de la piscina muy agradable."

"Overall had a good stay. Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean but like others mention, the shower can lead to water overspilling into the bathroom. The shower was excellent though. Receptionist had to deal with difficult customer ahead of us on arrival which delayed check in but one of those things and we were given a good room afterwards. Was very loud on our last night as people returning to hotel from nights out but to be expected I suppose, was obviously quieter earlier in week. Would stay again, sister hotel over road probably quieter if you prefer that and probably more suitable for those with kids."

"We wanted a place that was walking distance to the beach, and this was perfect. We were a big family group with kids, the place was located in a very busy area. We had a great time, the kids loved the place and atmosphere but if you like a more relaxed and peaceful place, you might not have a good time. In our experience, we did had a great time walking around the beach, with tons of options to eat delicious food, bars, and shops. You will be walking distance to Balcon del Mediterraneo which is a MUST when visiting Benidorm. If you’re driving, keep in mind that the place is in the middle of a non transit area. We had no idea until we were trying to get there. We immediately call the property and they were very friendly offering guidance and giving us options on how and where to park. But you can literally walk everywhere. Is also close to Mercadona supermarket, you can buy and prepare your own food or have tapas in your room. We had one with Balcony, mini fridge, mini stove, and all the kitchen essentials. We would love to go back soon."
