Low level hotel
I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Rooms are very outdated and not renovated. There are not even any electrical outlets available. Old furniture Breakfast is a reasonable level and nothing more. I do not recommend this hotel. I was really disappointed. It is better to add 40 dollars more and sleep in a more advanced hotel.

A nice hotel
Nine hotel. Rooms is not so big for 2 + 3 but it was OK. Nice breakfast and dinner. Nice pool.

A pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant during the week. The staff members were very polite and helpful. Gorgeous pool. Only minor things, the breakfast buffet didnt have scarmble eggs (possibly due to Covid 19 regulations)

Awful
horrible, old hotel, the furniture is falling apart, the food is not tasty, the meat is overexposed, dry. instead of a carpet, tiles can be heard as neighbors move furniture from above, furniture moved above us from 11 at night, for two hours we could not sleep, as a result, at one in the morning we had to change the room and collect all our things. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not return to it myself

In need of a facelift
This hotel is in need of a renovation but the breakfast was one of the most compete buffets that I have seen. When I was there it was full mostly with families with children. The location is also very good.

Perfect!
Such an amazing hotel! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, a lovely heated massive swimming pool, spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the best service I have ever experienced. Better than some of the 5* hotels in Eilat! Huge thanks to all the staff, especially Malka at reception, who did everything possible to make our stay so special.

You get what you expect. This is not the best hotel in eilat, but it is ok. Room are clean food is good and the staff was very polite. Value for money is good.

A great family vacation spot on the Red Sea
We stayed in a deluxe room with our kids, and the room was fantastic in terms of space and comfort. A baby bath and a crib were provided at no charge. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a very large variety of dishes. The hotel has a nice-size pool that is warmed up in winter, as well as a small Spa. It offers entertainment programs in Hebrew (we did not attend any event, so I can't tell how good they are). Overall the hotel is in good condition, although some of the public spaces are not as clean as one would expect them to be in a 4-5 stars hotel. Nevertheless, with the beach and many restaurants within walking distance, and with the stunning scenery of the mountains surrounding the Red Sea, the Magic Palace is a very fine spot for a family vacation and for romantic getaways.

Great accommodation, confused staff
Had a stay at the hotel and were content with the room however were informed upon check in that check out would be at 2pm. Included in that was a verbal confirmation and a printed paper stating it. We were contacted 4 times after 11 o'clock by attendants but never asked to leave, just asked how our stay was. It was passive aggressive on their end and confusing on ours until they had security show up at our door attempting to remove us by force. very displeased and unimpressed and a small issue they need to work out.

Service leaves somethiing to be desired
We arrived at the hotel expecting two double beds. They offered a pull out couch for our two kids and charged us extra. We asked to talk to a manager and they told us the manager would call. We asked repeatedly to talk to a manager and they kept saying the manager was busy and would call. We left after two days with no call from the manager and having had a dirty room with no linens.

I was there 12 years ago and at the time it was a very nice and updated hotel. I find that the rooms can use a face lift . The pool is very nice and the view looking over the marina is nice. Staff is friendly and the food is alright.

large,modern, clean hotel located on marina/lagoon side of Eilat. Five minute taxi ride from beach. Huge breakfast and dinner buffet was included in room rate. Hotel seems to attract lots of families with kids. If you are looking for quiet, look elsewhere. For action, this is the place.

Don't pay more than $150 a night, because there is nothing luxurious there to pay more. 3-4 star hotel maximum.

Wonderful Eilat accomadatiom
Magic Palace Eilat is a great place. Polite and attentive staff, especially on the dining room. Breakfast was bountiful, dinner. Gastronomic spectacle. Best views in Eilat, walking distance to almost all sites.
