The property is clean and everything is tidy and well managed. The only problem is the behavior of some staff, which could be seen in any service center, but it is minor in this hotel, and even the misbehavior of a few people is compensated by the good behavior of the majority of the staff. For example, the behavior of a lady at breakfast area which is the manager was very bad and disrespectful, but a young gentleman compensated with his humble behavior, or the behavior of a gentleman and a lady at the front desk was unbearable and inappropriate, but two or three other professional receptionists compensated. The breakfast is also good and regular, but it does not have much variety. Such a poor breakfast isn’t expected from a four-star hotel, but the rest of the things are perfect.
