Staff are exceptional and always cheery and welcoming. We did not eat in the restaurant on this occadion but when we have the food and service has always been what you would expect of a top class boutique hotel. On this occasion we were in room 14, a junior suite and it was superb value for money. Some nice touches thrown in to welcome you for your stay with water in the fridge, 2 tunnocks tea cakes and 2 packets of crisps. Keep up the good work.
