The location could be described as perfect. With countless cafes, bars and restaurants just around the corner. The renowned Meadows park a 5minute walk away, and easy walking distance to The University of Edinburgh, Arthur's Seat, Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool plus more.

Also boasts a must-see roof terrace where you can take some incredible photos of the city from a unique vantage point.
Located just around the corner from South Clerk St which is lined with ample cafes, restaurants, food stores, shops, you'll be spoiled for choice.
Walking distance to the Royal Mile, the Castle, Princes St, museums and art galleries, and iconic Arthur's Seat. Buses to everywhere in the city a 3 minute walk away. The Airport bus 'Skyline 300' stops a 5 minute walk away from the flat.
If arriving by car you can make use of St Leonard's car park, a 3min walk from the flat.
