Room was occupied when we arrived and multiple conflicting emails on which room we were in caused a lot of confusion. Had to wait 20 minutes to have someone come and get us into a different room. Room was nowhere near worth the cost of the night we were there.

Great location. Expedia told us we would receive a confirmation email and lock box code 24 hours before arrival, which did not happen, so there was a bit of anxiety during our flight over. Messages were not responded to but we did phone Arthur once our plane landed and were relieved that our booking was confirmed. An earlier checkin would have been nice if possible as we were very jet lagged and had to try to stay awake another 4 hours after landing from western Canada. But we loved the location, walking distance to the castle and the Fringe Festival. The room also had more amenities than we thought, with fridge and microwave. We would stay here again.
