Will walk right by you as you wave your arms and not make eye contact. We ditched our last night reservation because we were so tired of the poor service. "

"Great room! FYI we paid for the lake view, but discovered it's pretty much hidden by giant trees in the park between the hotel and lake. It didn't end up being a big issue as the view of the park and mountains was still lovely. Location was perfect. Gym was very, very small. "
