"Only interaction with the staff was at the check-in. Seemed friendly. I had my sister over to check Bellevue and Seattle. Location is very convenient for shopping and doing groceries, driving down to visit other areas and cities. The parking lot is quite small, and having shared spaces with two restaurants didn’t help when we tried to get back late evening. Room is clean, view outside is okay, bathroom is good, overall good. Mostly quiet in the hallways and neighbors, but the elevator needs work. Quite old and outdated, doesn’t feel safe. For the price under $150 per night, I will say it’s great considering the location. "

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate birthday trip in Seattle and Bellevue. The staff greeted nicely. If you have a car, you’re paying additional $10 per night. There’s a nice campfire right outside the lobby with gorgeous patio. We stayed on the first floor and enjoyed taking advantage of it to eat outside with takeout orders a few times. There’s also a pool but looked like it was popular so we decided not to go. There were better locations like the Meydenbauer Bay to kayak at anyways. The location of hotel is in a very convenient and safe spot. Although the quietness outside is superb, you’ll likely hear late night conversations only few times outside the hallway and from neighbor rooms as the wall seemed thin. We stayed here 3 nights and all nights had some minor ruckus. Sleeping was no problem and the room inside was spacious for the size (we got king bedroom on the first floor facing patio). I recommend this place for dog owners, someone looking to stay couple nights at a convenient location (since you can take highway straight to other cities and areas), and for the price (we paid $130 per night)."

"I love the Hyatt in Bellevue… my most favorite hotel in the world. Ryan at the front desk was awesome… he gives the best impeccable service to his guests. I asked him if I could get a room high up and without hesitation he accommodated me immediately. Ryan was the best!!! "

"We always enjoy staying at the Heathman in downtown Kirkland as it is so close to our favorite restaurants and shops. Service at check-in and check-out was smooth as always. Special shout out to Wayne in valet as he held our luggage in a safe place after check-out so we could enjoy lunch before we headed home. Once we were ready to leave, he had already safely packed our belongings in our car and it was ready out front. We look forward to staying at the Heathman again soon."
