Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Our room was huge - more like an apartment! It was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was lovely too.

Quaint, just needs refreshing a little. Breakfast waa good but basic

The hotel is well located and is beautiful inside. The rooms had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly. Only slight criticism would be the pool. It’s an indoor pool and doesn’t appear to be geared (or if it is, it isn’t very warm!). There were no loungers, only chairs. You couldn’t sunbathe outside in the garden as there were no loungers or chairs. It was 35 degrees (95F) and so we had planned to have an afternoon relaxing around the pool, but couldn’t.

Cabin was fabulous. All the people on the complex were friendly with each other. A shared experience watching a couple of black bears heading down the hill. Great place just a short walk to the town and all the restaurants and shops. Great little town!

Fantastic hotel! Immaculate. Great location- 20 mins from Gatlinburg and 10 mins from Dollywood. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, clean common areas & rooms, great breakfast, and nicely decorated.

Fantastic stay, great location, helpful staff and comfortable room
