We arrived greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick, room was large with one king bed. Frig., Microwave, coffee pot and air conditioner was in working order . The room was clean and the breakfast was just perfect. We met two locals in the town of Crossville and they have stayed there more than once. We recommend this hotel and will be returning.

This property needs renovation. Not as clean as I would have expected. The hotel and grounds need some updating and then, they would be centrally located for attractions and families. The room was cool and dark and surprisingly quiet for being as close to the freeway as it is.

The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've had from motels while on the road and i stay at MANY. Everything was really clean. I have to come back to the area off and on for the next few months and i will be staying here again. The entire experience here is what you want when you're tired from being on the road. 5 stars
