"The property is quaint and well maintained. The staff at the front desk are amazing. Very friendly and helpful with answering questions . Hats off to Elaine, Macie( I know that she doesn’t spell it this way but can’t remember how she spells it. The gal who was there last night September 15 was very nice too. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Great AC. The pool area was great. The pool was warm. Great to relax in after a day out and about. Most things in walking distance or street car close by. Would definitely stay here again! Downside no elevators."

"Really beautiful hotel, with amazing views. Rooms were very clean, and it was nice and quiet at night. Loved that it was only a few blocks down from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a huge spider in our room, and when asked if the sheets could be changed the only thing the cleaning staff did was make up the bed WITHOUT THE SHEETS BEING CHANGED!!😡"
