"Had a stunning weekend away at the beechcroft stunning sea view from the terrace and beautiful coastal walks, staff are exceptional and clearly take pride in the service they provide, would definitely recommend staying here and I would love to stay in one of their beach huts at some point as I didn’t know they were there until I saw them"
"Fabulous hotel, all staff were really helpful and friendly, it was impeccably clean, facilities were excellent. We went with our grandchildren and we all had an no amazing time. "
"A lovely hotel, that goes all-in with the railway theme. Although it is a pub-hotel, it has been recently refurbished, with all-electronic access, so nobody can get to the bedroom area unless they are staying there.
Half-price food in the pub on Mondays was a pleasant surprise, and the friendly - if slightly quirky - staff were a joy to interact with.
The room was comfortable, and the family room we stayed in had a separate bunk-bed area for the child, each bunk having its own light.
Parking-wise, you can choose from the station car park, a one-minute walk away, or the free on-street parking on the station one-way system (Only free between 6pm and 9am)
I would absolutely stay here again!"
