"We had a great stay over a long bank holiday weekend and was perfect for our family of 4 (5 and 3 year old). Comms were great and it had everything we needed for a short break. Lovely peaceful location and in close proximity to everything we needed"

"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. Slightly dated, it is a charity which explains the decor and layout. No bar at the weekend, no swimming pool at the weekend. Good location, would stay again now I...

"Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage should mention the railway and level crossing close to cottage but don’t let it put you off it didn’t cause any problem. It did say there would be a welcome pack but there was none, however we were told to help ourselves to fruit and tomatoes growing in the garden"

"We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable, in a great area with everything conveniently close by. It’s just a short walk into town, which was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others."

"Enjoyed our stay but but with a dog we felt it lacked a safe garden area."

"Lovely property with a host who was extremely helpful and provided all we could need. Location is fab too!"

"Really enjoyed the apartment with great view and awesome location! Very comfortable and good help from Jo when it was needed."

"Comfortable dwelling in a beautiful quiet location. Short walk to the roman villa and or the south downs way."

"The Boat House is a stunning building in a lovely location. The property is well laid out, takes advantage of the views and has everything you need. The bottle of prosecco and lemon drizzle cake were a nice touch too. Lots of nice walks nearby and a good pub just a 15 minute walk away."

"Beautiful house, very well equiped. The location is nice and quite, but you're better with a car. Very confortable and nicely decorated (except the family photos, rather embarrassing). The customer service is perfect as usual. I highly recommande this place."

"If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. Highly recommended Cheers Trevor and Paula"

"Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again "

"Very nice place to stay, great little pub at the end of the road, good links to the south coast."

"Fantastic property in a beautiful, quiet location. Facilities excellent with everything supplied being of a very high standard. Hosts lovely, easy going and extremely welcoming and helpful :) 10/10"

"Beautifully clean and very cosy. Well equipped and very comfortable. Everything we needed for a great week!"

"This was our first holiday in this lovely house, the location to the shops, restaurants & beach was perfect. Spacious bedrooms & lovely shower in the en suite bedroom. We were there during the heatwave & it was nice having the bedrooms downstairs as they were a lot cooler than the upstairs lounge."
