"A very nice and quite property. Well taken care of with easy access to lake for swimming or fishing. Nice fire pit areas established down by lake or up by the cabin. Didn't hear anyone else the entire time their except the boats that were trolling in the cove. Owners answered any questions we had and very willing to help. Definitely will keep this property in mind for future weekends. Thanks again."

"We had a lovely stay during the Texas Monsoon Season of 2024. The cabin is comfortable and is well stocked with everything that you need. Plentiful pillows and blankets (the washer/dryer is a plus). The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals and even for baking. I especially appreciate the selection of books and games (both for adults and children) the nice hand soap in both kitchen and bathroom, as well as the beautiful bath gel and fluffy towels! "If there was a way to score 1/2 star I am not sure this property would even be worth that. We booked our stay and received the confirmation from VRBO. But when we showed up our cabin was locked and we could not get in. I called the host and she instructed us to go to the cabin across the street. We did, it was unlocked. "We absolutely enjoyed this house. Feels like home. Very clean and so peaceful. They have anything you could possibly need. Our lab enjoyed the trip as well. The ONLY thing I would suggest with bringing a pet, make sure your dog isn’t picky. There isn’t much grass for them to use the bathroom and it was a fight every night. No fault to the home owners at all..it’s camping life. Maybe we just have a spoiled pup lol. We will be back!"
